Kandinsky,Munter,Jewlensky,Macke,Marc svi oni 'Plavi jahaci' i 'Premoscivaci'*, Nolde sa sjevera pa Rothko,Klein,Poliakow,Kiefer...Babic,Simunovic..i ini,ekspresivni i apstraktni i koloristicki i divlji,s ovog i onog kontinenta,iz ove i one polovice ovog stoljeca,koji su jos po tragovima ranih plenartista pa sve do danasnjih lendartista uranjali u (eksto i intro) krajolike,nasli bi se u istoj procesiji tragaca,sakupljaca,lovaca,oraca,sijeca po istom tlu**. 'Sve je to krajolik' - kaze i Sinisa Cular u svojim slikama. Time ih (samo) imenuje. Ne opisuje ih. Bez naracije. Boje i oblik = kompozicija. Da, rascjepkane strmine i udoline, ponori, proplanci,ponornice,svjetla suncalista,utocista i klanci bez dna. Nazubljeni okrajci i oblici. Ostrine i barsuni. Ravnine i bridovi. (Prastara geometrija po kojoj cetiri stara elementa biju stari boj). Scile i Haribde unutrasnjosti. Odsustvo pastorale. Narusena je tektonika,srusena utvrdena ravnoteza. Raspukline su otvorene. Plohe prokliznule jedna po drugoj, (cuje se) obrusavanje. Crveno,modro i zuto u bezvremenom traganju za ravnovjesjem. I crno,jer u crno vazda sve uvire i iz crnog nanovo izvire. Izazov ne-sklada. Otvaranje. De/rekomponiranje. (Jer,kad ne bi bilo zemljotresa...mozda bi i slikarstvo presahlo). Sazdati novi sklad,poslije.Stvarati od okrajaka.Od ostataka. (Preostalih od postmoderne). Napor,energija pomirbe. Priljubiti ostri rub uz meko polje. Po posjekotini poloziti blagu plohu. Prijeci prahom po mrklinama. Modro se opet ustaljuje uz toplotu narancastoga. Crveno prestaje bjezati radi kaplje zelenoga. Ljubicasto lijeze pokraj zutog. Sazdati nanovo. Sazdavati uvijek iznova. Kako? Traganjem.*** Nema naputaka. WRITING ABOUT ENDS OF LANDSCAPES Kandinski, Munter, Jewlenskz, Macke, Marc all that “blue riders” and “the bridgers”*, Nolde from north, then Rothko, Klein, Poliakow, Kiefer…Babic, Simunovic… and others, expressive and abstract and coloristic and wild, from this and other continents from this and other half of this century, which are still in traces from early plenartists and to today landartists used to immerse (extro and intro) into the landscapes, could find themselves in the same processes of searchers, collectors, hunters, ploughmen, sowers on the same soil**. “All that is a landscape” says Sinisa Cular in his paintings. Just gives the names. Does not describe. Without narration. Colors and shape = composition. Yes, fragmented hills and valleys, abysses, clearings, rivers which disappear underground, lights of sunflower, sanctuaries, bottomless ravines. Indented edges and shapes. Sharps and velvets. Areas and edges (Ancient geometry on which four old elements fight their old battle). Scyllas and Harybdas of internal. Lack of pastoral. Disturbed tectonics destroyed defined equilibrium. Gaps are opened. Boards slide one to another, (can be heard) collapse. Red, blue and yellow in timeless search for difference. And black because in black always everything goes and again comes. Challenge of unharmony. Opening. De/Recomposing. (If there are no earthquakes, painting might disappear). To build new harmony, after. To create from parts. From the rest (rest from postmodern). Effort, energy of reconciliation. Embrace of sharp edge near the soft field. Blue is again placed near warmness of orange. Red stops running from drop of green. Purple lies near yellow. Build again. Build always again. How? By search*** No directives. Or there are as many as the roads. As many as the searchers. I will join them.
